Each set is supplied with everything necessary, according to each models specific requirements, for assembly. But in some instances, you may choose to use additional tools and substances, such as a small sharp knife, a box opener, household candle, or sandpaper.
If one breaks during the assembly or exploitation process, please contact our customer service (service@toystub.com). We’ll review your claim and notify you whether or not your item is eligible for free replacement. You may need to pay the shipping fee.
No. All the parts are pre-cut and can be easily taken out of a board by pressing lightly with your fingers. The parts stay in place on a board, connected by small cross pieces. If you experience difficulties removing a part off the board, simply use a utility knife to detach it.
Yes, you can paint it. We recommend using watercolor, gouache, or mordant types of paint.
All the models are made of basswood and ecological plywood.
About Shipping
We can ship your delivery all over the world. But during the quarantine, some districts may be unavailable due to shipping issues. Shipping costs will be added at checkout. We provide free shipping for orders over $79.
For delivery to Alaska or Hawaii, please allow 10-20 business days for delivery.
Normally it takes 1-2 working days to process the order and an additional 7-18 days for shipping.

We make it possible for your orders to be sent to P.O. Box addresses, but delivery may take longer. Because we do not have control over Logistics Priority Service, delivery of your order to P.O. Boxes may take up to 10-20 business days for shipping.
Standard Shipping Deliveries may take up to 20-45 days for these addresses, but some addresses may take longer because of the limit.

About Return & Refund
Please contact us(service@toystub.com) immediately and include your 5 digit order number. Order cannot be canceled once it is sent out.
Please contact with our customer service(service@toystub.com) , and attach your [order number] and [photo of the faulty item]. We’ll try our best to assist you.
We will send you a notify email once we refund your money. It takes 3-10 business days to send this refund to your original payment channel. But it may take additional time for your bank to proceed with this refund to your account.
