CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS

ToysTub accepts the following major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. When you place an order, we verify your card’s funds availability through authorization with the bank. In some cases, we may contact you to request additional information, such as an Authorization Form and a copy of your driver’s license. These precautions protect your information and prevent fraudulent use of your card.

In addition to credit cards, we also accept debit cards, that will allow a payment to be deducted directly from your bank account. Some banks limit the amount that can be withdrawn daily, which can cause a delay in order processing. In this case, you will need to contact your bank to authorize a charge for a purchase amount that exceeded your daily limit cash withdrawal/purchase limit.

ToysTub understands that there may be times when you are unavailable to receive a package at home, or you might want to have a gift shipped directly to the recipient. In such cases, we can contact you by mail to be sure that there is no fraudulent activity with your account.
