medieval rotary description banner with article of medieval_rotary's back story

Building a rotary catapult model will cultivate your child’s interest in history. It can also improve their patience, attention, and problem-solving skills. Building the model can also promote abstract thinking and imagination by assembling the pieces.

👨🏻‍🔧 How it works

The base is equipped with a planetary gear structure that can turn a complete 360-degree rotation, thereby driving the catapult’s body and adjusting the shooting position. By turning the side handle, the tilt angle of the body can be adjusted through the gear drive, and the position can be fixed by yourself. A catapult uses the suddenly released stored potential energy to propel its payload.

This 3D mechanical wooden rotary catapult comes with pre-cut pieces that are easy to remove, since they are on stencil boards. The wood that is used is eco-friendly and is recyclable from natural materials.

There is an illustrated catalog and an assembling video to make sure your experience is most enjoyable.

Amazing adult craft

Got it for my bf to do together. He loved it and so did I. It take patience and you have to pay close attention to instructions but so worth it. Took us about 5 hours to do so we split it up into different days. I would suggest using an exacto knife (walmart) to get the pieces out and buy the super glue (micheals) just incase a piece breaks or it just keeps falling off but basically all pieces fit perfect and don't move around once all put together. We are gonna paint it with a acrylic paint set I got to finish it off. Can't wait!

A Challenging, Fun, and Rewarding Build

It was a challenge, but I really enjoyed it. Lots of extra parts in case I broke a delicate part. The directions are straight forward and accurate, but be careful to study the pictures to make sure you have the part incorrect. A good razor knife kit makes it a lot easier for removing parts without breaking them. I will be getting more of these models.

Best one yet

I'm an experienced laser cut wooden models maker. Toystub is an exceptional company. The parts do take some effort to press out. Parts are ready to find because the manufacturer details which panel they're on. Some of the dotted lines used for alignment could be darker. All in all, this is a terrific model.

Challenging and Satisfying

This was a very satisfying project that I'll enjoy showing to my friends.
I built the clock in two three-hour sessions. The piece is beautiful and intricate, and a lot of fun to build.
